Yes, it is reassuring that someone has invented a way of dumping all that unwanted flux - a real pest.

Personally though, I think it works better as a doorstop - the door stopped more quietly, with a greater sense of cohesion. In fact, it made the whole doorstopping process far more involving and satisfying, as any audiophile doorstop should.
I think I have found my new career - foo doorstops. Only £500 a go. Then there's the upgrades, signature edition, the active version, the matching foo doorknobs....
I'll be rich - rich I tell you!

I thought I'd finally kicked the habit, but realised I was just kidding myself. So, having put together a system I really like, I'm now going to change some stuff - just because!
