Shuguang 300B-Z Treasure / PSVANE 300B-T MkII in Shanghai?

A long shot maybe, but do any you guys know a retail shop/store where to buy either Shuguang 300B-Z treasure tubes or the PSVANE 300B-T mkII tubes in Shanghai, China?

A Civil Engineering Graduate friend of mine is visiting family in China and staying over in Shanghai. He has offered to buy a set of these tubes for me whilst there but don't know from where. I'm just hoping one of you have recently visited Shanghai and gone shopping for HiFi goodies and can recommend somewhere.

Just be aware they take an age to break in. I've heard this precise amp, system and tube setup, as I know the guy.

He also had some AN P4 amps with TJs in and they are definately very good to my ears. I've got some TJ tubes (274Bs) and I reckon they are very good too.
