I placed an order via an amazon marketplace seller for a cd on the 30th of april.
The estimated delivery time was between 8 and 14 days. It was dispatched on the
1st of may and still hasn't arrived.
I contacted the seller and they replied promptly and said they will dispatch another if their suppliers have them in stock ( could take a few more days ).
My friend ordered the same item from the same seller two days before me and his hasn't arrived either. These items are dispatched from the United Kingdom according to seller.
Should i just cancel the order?
