they still can,t trace it , New stocks arrived this morning

Pauls first copy was lost by the post office
i send all orders by recorded mail with tracking
PO online system still shows this as in there system after a month , waiting on my claim by the PO
replacement copy was sent free of charge by myself & recieved , paul confirmed this by email
