Here for sale is a Technics sl 1200mk2 professionally resprayed in gunmetal gloss, originally a US version with 110v but i swapped the power supply to a euro mains so runs on 240v. It is in perfect working order and set to factory standard, would be an ideal deck to upgrade or is perfect as is. very good mint condition and looks the business, £250 ono.

Hello,
The turntable doesn't have a lid (dust cover) or rubber mat unfortunately the box was binned. It does however come with headshell. I can box it up securely for safe transport.
Thanks,
Paul.
Thanks Paul.
I'm just starting to look about for a new TT and the Technics is near the top of the list of models that I'm thinking about.
Your's looks really nice BTW.

Thanks Tony, The turntable does look well in high gloss gunmetal. The pictures don't really do it justice, it looks like it has scrapes and paint missing on some of the pictures! but it is flawless fresh from the paintshop...

Hi Paul, those photos are really good, the TT looks even better in them.
Do you know what was done exactly to your TT?
Thanks.

Paul.
Hi Paul, thanks for the link, really interesting and great photos.
I may come back to you later in the week if your TT is still available.
Regards
Tony
Seen a fair few re-sprayed 1200's over the years but not one of them has convinced me. However this one looks really smart.
If I was in the market for another Technics I'd snap this up. :)

Aye, given the additional info and photos supplied by Paul it is very tempting.
I am however a bit of a traditionalist:eyebrows:
