Is it possible to get these? I've can't any for sale only the SS ones. It's only for aesthetic reason. I use black headshells and SS bolts always look a bit out of place on a black headshell.

The black bolts used to be highly magnetic and sonically were not to be used in my day, irrespective of cartrtidge model and type I found. Just get some coal-black or gloss-black paint (the little Humbrol pots and similar) and carefully apply with a coctail stick or fine screwdriver tip :)

OK, thanks all, might start by trying a marker pen just to see if it takes the obviousness away without looking naff.

Got loads of black bolts but very few (only found one so far!) black nuts, can pop some in the post if that helps?

Top quality M2.5 high tensile nylon nuts and bolts come in black. They work fine and do up more than tight enough for cartridge mounting.

I bought some 25mm examples off eBay and cut them to length with a craft knife, chamfering the cut ends with fine emery.

Nylon bolts are are pretty inert acoustically, unlike metal bolts. They seem less popular than metal bolts because some people like to torque cartridge bolts ridiculously tight, but that is just a fad and has no benefit, it also damages cartridges.

Interesting but a quick ebay search doesn't bring any up.

You have to know where to look!

The picture is not of the actual item by the way.
