I have for sometime now archived all my digital photographs (downloaded from various digital cameras of course) onto Picasa 3, now this isn't too bad and allows a certain amount of photo tweaking and text insertion. The problem I have with this is I can find no way of inserting pointer markers, viz: arrows or circles, to highlight a specific area of say a circuit board. I've seen it done by members here, in particular the Technics PCB and I would like to know which download or bought in package they use to do this or am I missing something on Picasa 3, 'elp :scratch::)
