Croft series 7R (upgrade)

Just back from Glenn.
Upgrade is to the simplifies valve stage. the same as in the 7R mono.
And flat copper cable and upgrade resistor. and also fitted with the bigger transformer.

The Sound is great.

I am enjoying my integrated r that I have had in my system for around three months.

My friend has also made upgrade of his 7R amplifier. He has changed all capacitors. He used Mundorf capacitor instead of original. I was sceptical about his intention because I assume that Glenn knows what is best. But I was surprised with the changes that I could hear at his home. The bas is tighter, faster so the whole sound is more coherent. There is more dynamic too. For so little money that is huge leap forward.
