 Moths now banished! You think you've checked something and with glazed eyes wonder down the page for the umpteenth time only to have a fresh pair of eyes pick out these things! Thanks again!

You know, for a modern decent large loudspeaker, the price ain't bad at all. I was thinking the best part of ten grand would have done it - and no, I'm not a*se-licking in any shape or form.

Much as I admire the Harbeth 40.1, which actually costs substantially more, I'd love the chance to hear these Tannoys. They look gorgeous and with properly rebuilt drivers and crossovers, I'm sure they'd sound right too, especially as a humungous amp wouldn't be needed.

I really do hope you can sell a few, and not just the one pair you made. Good luck.

Many thanks Dave.

I could have pitched them at over £10K but have decided against doing that. providing that I make a reasonable (if still pretty modest) profit, I'm happy to sell them for the advertised prices. Costs will vary depending upon customer final specifications but by hundreds rather than £1000's.

You'd be welcome to pop over for a listen any time you fancied, ditto to all at AoS. Only too happy to share what these are capable of!

Oh...I'm in no hurry whatsoever to sell the pair I have. They're keepers

Invite

I am delighted to invite any AoS member who would like to listen to the Reference Fidelio loudspeaker to visit me, small groups welcome if that makes travel arrangements easier. No obligation to buy! Just visit and listen for yourself to what these are capable of.

Please PM me if interested.

Paul.
