Does anyone know the impedance of a 13A fuse?

Within a few weeks I am about to totally run new mains to my hifi, I only want to do it once and I don't have the patience to fiddle around with it.
I was going to follow the advice of Roy K Riches, not so well known now, but he is a man that has spent years researching the different effect of mains relating to hifi. Why would I question it as thousands have followed his advice and he is somewhat an authority on the matter.
His approach is to have an RCD to each piece of HiFi hardware with not a fuse or plug in sight Then there are those who have based their mains install on Roy Riches advice but they believe you should have one RCD to a mains block and effectively have fuses on top of fuses with multiple plugs and sockets.

My question is there is a lot of talk of fuses and plugs being a bottle neck and strangling the sound and lowering impedance. any thoughts would be appreciated.

A couple of things James,

[1] Using a consumer unit with 'flying' leads to supply each piece of hardware will not conform to modern standards, and your contents insurance will be invalid. There has to be a plug and socket for the installation to be approved. If you don't want to use 13A fused plugs and sockets, use the old style 5A or 15A round 3-pin plugs and sockets. That will acceptable as long as each is protected by its own circuit breaker.

[2] The DC resistance of a typical BS1362 plug-top cartridge fuse (1/4" dia x 1" long) of 13A rating is 4mOhm. I have seen measurements made at 50Hz, where the impedance was 11 - 14mOhm; suggesting the inductance is 0.03 - 0.04mH.

Thanks Barry, I will go down the plug route then, I have don't want to give the insurance companies any loop holes. Another point I guess is my Electrician won't sign it off if it doesn't conform.
Another question I have is do you know if you can get copper round pin plugs as opposed to brass pins?

Not from any conventional electrical supplier, but I'm sure specialist Hi-Fi companies such as Furukawa do sell such items (at a price!)

your mains has fuses in the circuit before it even reaches your house , couple of billion of them around the world to provide short circuit protection on electrical circuits
