I've just finished mounting my SME 309 on my SL1210. It sounds great!
The only problem I had with setup was the HTA adjustment. I had to adjust the hole base manually, which wasn't ideal for aligning the tonearm to the protractor. I could not get the HTA screw into the adjustment hole as the tool was impeded by the top of the armboard. I could not get the tool in the hole as I could not get it parallel enough.
Has anyone else noticed this?
