Leaking capacitors

Just opened up my speakers and had a look at the crossover panel and can see one of the ( I think ) capacitors is leaking. Speakers are 27 years old. Can anyone tell me what affect this will have on my speakers and should I get them replaced?:scratch:

That cap needs replacing right away. The leaking cap can and will cause loads of problems. The electrolyte can be corrosive, which will slowly short out the crossover and eventually maybe even your amplifier.
