Not too good at these intro things but here goes.
After languishing with desktop speakers for years my wife and I decided to splash out for a system and we ended up with a set of Wharfedale 10.6 speakers, a NAD356 and a Beresford Caiman DAC.
It's actually the latter that has brought me to register here. When we purchased it I spoke to my wife of the modding potential of the DAC, the look she gave me was a fair warning never to touch the internals of this expensive piece of solid state equipment.
Fast forward a year and after telling her about the passive output mod, she had given me the green light to go ahead.
Let's see if I can not break it.
