FOR SALE: NAD 1240 Preamp (needs work)

NAD 1240 preamp.

I took this in as part of a job lot of audio equipment, it apparently powers up and works but output on one channel is very low. There is no original box but it is packaged in a Cambridge Audio box so I could ship.

It has obviously been well used and there are some marks around the case but this could be a nice little project for someone, I would have a look but got too many other things on at the moment.

£15 + shipping which should be no more than £10.

I'm interested in the NAD. I would like to repair it and use it as my second preamp. Could you quote on sending it to the Netherlands. If total price including uninsured postage is lower than say 40 Euro's, I'm in.

HA! I was just about to strip it down and repair it myself replacing components for higher audio grade type. I can get you a shipping price, I hope it will be within your budget, it is very light for a piece of audio equipment.
