DIY build - don't worry, not by me! :eyebrows:
Wired up with AN silver litz.
In a really rather snazzy steel enclosure on a circular brass plate.
I reckon it's worth sourcing a prettier volume knob, but I've not found any to my liking after a brief search.
See photo of invoice for parts cost - over £300, inc professional build of stepped attenuator. (Personal details of original buyer blanked out).
All yours for £125 plus say £10 for Special Delivery postage. £135 and its yours. :)
Marvellous transparent detailed sound. Stunning, actually!
-- but my system doesn't have enough gain to achieve full volume with all music types, and I have no plans for changing my kit at the moment -- don't laugh! ;)
