Shame it doesn't seem to have an option to be self powered and power isolated from the host. PC ground planes and USB power lines are incredibly noisy things... maybe a USB isolator would work...

All M2Tech products are galvonically isolated , they are properly designed and implemented.

That was one of the attractions of the Hiface for me. This little DAC looks like it could be great, especially where space is at a premium.
