Everybody has a few bright ideas or useful tips up their sleeve. It can be about anything.

I'll start with one (I've got loads):

Line the glovebox in your car with a bit of felt or rubber sheet. It stops all that junk you carry about rattling annoyingly as you drive along.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone comes up with something blindingly clever. You never know!

When you have cooked fried food in a frying pan or fatty food cooked in the oven in a tin, whilst the fact is still hot, squirt some washing up liquid into it and use a brush to combine the two to form an "emulsion" this will look like Mayonnaise. Then use hot water to wash it down the sink. It will not block the pipes and will not solidify when cold.

21 years of practice :eyebrows:

I live married life by 2 rules today .

1. You don't have to attend every argument you're invited to .

2. If you want to save face keep the lower half of it shut.

Works for me.

Don't attempt to lay your own laminate flooring.

I may change my mind later in the day, but as it stands....

When my wife says pardon it's not because she couldn't hear me , it's because she's giving me the chance to change what I've just said.
