I hope this works as i am not that good with computers, in recent months i have advanced to using to fingers on the keyboard.:)

Some pics of Somerset kit, room for improvement i know, but i am happy just playing music right now.
the vinyl against the wall is there due to my 'countdown' way of listening. I will go to vinyl shelves, take 4 from top, 3 from mid etc, spread them out and pick and play.

Hi Dave
I bought one of those Hammertone Alchemist 'Kraken' amps when they first came out.

Zoot Allures - a Zappa fan!
Very nice. How does the Alchemist get on with the job of driving the KEFs?

Gets on fine Chris, KEF 4 ohm, Alchemist prefer 8 ohm speakers but sounding good. I was using a MF X-150 ( now gone to attic bedroom system).

Nice looking system, Dave. My father owned older KEF Reference Speakers back in the early
1990s. Those look like later 1990s KEF Reference Speakers there, Dave.

Looks like a very chilled out room to enjoy one's tunes. I dont really know much about your gear but that turntables does it for me on looks alone.
