My very nice Tannoy Eatons are up for grabs!

These are in excellent original condition for their 35 odd years of age and are not your typical paint spattered and battered old examples. The HPD295A drivers are perfect and are the 10" Tannoy 'pepperpot' compression driver tweeter, dual concentric unit. This is the HPD with rubber roll surrounds on the cones, which don't rot away like the foam ones. The cone is not the less popular Girdacoustic type. Although the unit uses a smaller 10" cone, the tweeter, both voicecoils and the magnet assembly are basically identical to the 12" Monitor Gold dual concentric, which speaks for itself!

The 10" HPD driver sounds lovely, in my opinion possibly the best out of the series. Obviously I can demonstrate this to anybody interested.

Eatons always sound very good. This is my fifth pair, which I've had for some years and I'm still in two minds about selling them really. I've only offered them because my Cheviots are taking up a lot of room.
