Marco & Dell Ravioli tips please?

I am planing to attempt making Ravioli both cheese and spinach.
I have never made a noodle from scratch but found some recipes using flower,eggs and salt.
Knowing your love of fine Italian food and Dell's talents at creating spectacular dishes of it, I could use any advise you could spare.

Lol... Del's loaded with the flu at the moment and got a bad chest infection, but she says that when she's better she'll write you out a recipe :)
