What a gorgeous looking amp that is :stalks: You can keep yer fuggin' Accuphase and Luxmans.....

The Lowther power amps were available in the mid 70's too. A shame they didn't catch back on before they ceased production..

If this is the same people that produces all those lovely drivers then it MUST be good

I owned a pair of Lowther Acousta's for a while running with a 'flea' amp of about 1.5w and it sounded fantastic

The trouble with Lowther's is keeping them sounding sublime, I had nothing but trouble with mine getting all scratchy and rubbing
