...my name is Markus and Iīm an addict...well at least regarding the music ;-)
Hadnīt used my stereo for a longer period due to the fact that one channel was "gone". But since the "restoration" (my pre-amp/amp combo got cleaned and repaired) I really enjoying the sound again.
So long, story short...the "HiFi bug" bit me again.
So soon after the "restoration" a NAS and a SBT "joined" the combo and a new, comfortable way of listening, paired with the terrific sound of the Touch was given :-) And the icing on the cake arrived yesterday: a Beresford BUSHMASTER !!! :-) yiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeaaaaaaaaaahhhh.....nice...very nice what I hear so far (out of the box).
Currently Iīm getting more and more into Jazz music. But I canīt deny to hear some good House/Electronic as well as Rock/Pop ā la Police, Manfred Mann.
So my humble rig is as follows:
NAS: Synology DS 213 => Switch > Streamer: Logitech Touch => DAC: Beresford Bushmaster => Pre-Amp: Proton AP-1000 => Amp: Proton D1200 => Speakers: KEF Q5
In addition to the aforementioned an also vintage CDP (Pioneer PD7500) runs into the BM but I guess I wonīt use the player very often anymore due to the fact that most of my CDs are already "FLACed" onto the NAS. But youīll never know......
