A few people have contacted me wanting an alternative to "well known" in line attenuators but with specific dB reduction values which are dependant upon input sensitivity of their power amps and output sensitivity of their preamps.
Bowing to pressure, I am now able and pleased to offer interconnects which use a simple resistor network within the destination RCA (power amp side) to be able to offer an alternative to in line attenuators, cutting out a double RCA connection ensuring only one connection, just as in a set of standard RCA's is needed.
I can offer attenuation ranging from 10dB to 23dB and achieve this using a 10K in-line resistor between core and signal pin along with a resistor of a particular value (depending upn dB reduction required) between ground and signal conductors. Its fiddly working in such tight confines as an RCA barrel but possible!
Please feel free to contact me if you need this service.
