I'd like to try some vibrapods or similar under a Pure Sound A8000 CD player I'm trying.

Not looking to spend much as doubtful if will make a difference.

Suggestions welcome.

why lying unused?

Cheers

I can supply you with some nice thick 6mm sorbothane if your interested. I work with the stuff so should be able to get you some nice cuts for mates rates :eyebrows:

The baseboard on my TT has a Sorby sheet sandwiched between two pieces of Ply. :D

If you send me some measurement I can get you a quote. Its quite heavy stuff so it may cost a few pounds to send it, you will see if you purchase some. Best bet is to send me a PM with what you want;)

I have been advised that CORK is as good as anything! Worth a go:scratch:

RDC cones. One under the mech, one under the transformer and one to balance it. Sorbothane works for some things but in my opinion the RDC cones will work wonders.
