Viewsonic VA1210wb 20" widescreen monitor (faulty)

I have a faulty Viewsonic VA2010wb widescreen monitor for sale if anyone is interested. Basically the fault is a bit odd. More often than not when it is hooked up to a PC it fails to initialise when the computer is switched on, although occasionally it will spark into life after which it will work perfectly until the next time the PC is restarted. I have been told it is a common fault with this model and that it is fixable, although I have no idea what that may involve. Cosmetically the monitor is in excellent condition.

If you'd like to take a punt at fixing this then make me an offer, it doesn't have to be anything major I just want rid. Postage will be around £12 apparently but you are welcome to come pick it up personally if you so wish ;)
