Hi everyone.
Not sure if this is the right place but I have been searching for a particular record for years without success.
Its on Supraphon. Grand sonata in A for guitar and violin by Paganini. Messiereur violin and Zelenka guitar.
I bought a sampler CD at a boot fair which has two of the three movements on it. I love the performance and would like to get the complete recording. I have the Andantino variato and the romance.
An Apple lossless version (or anything else really, I can always convert it) would be fine so should be possible to send in an email.
If anyone has the recording and would be willing to do that I would be really grateful.
In hope.....

Yikes, yup, thats the one!!!:doh::doh:
I knew it was rare but I didn't know it was THAT rare. Strangely, after I'd asked here, I managed to find the record on an American site and thats only £24!! Still a bit much for the one track I'm after though.
I don't think I can justify that in spite of having looked for such a long time. I don't think the MD would be too happy either!!

I've been looking for a recording of this for years - there was one on Pye, but I can't track a copy down. If anyone comes across any recording of it, please do let me know.
Chris - I expect you to furnish me with a link within about 30 minutes, ta!

It's not often I get defeated in the search for classical vinyl but this one has got me!
If you like I will contact one of my favourite ebay sellers who has thousands of lp's waiting to be catalogued, and he'll keep an eye out ...
