One off Precision engineering job

Do anyone do precision one off machining jobs, i'm wanting a small headshell making for a 6mm armtube, tiny i know but possible. see attached pic, simular to this, don't worrry about the cartridge mount block i can sort that.

There was a post somewhere giving a link to a US service that does it online - you send in the CAD.

Not very helpful without the link I know :) Might have been in this very forum or could have been on hifiwigwam DIY section.
