Selling four boxed 16 ohm Celestion HF1300 tweeters in perfect working order. the protruding solder terminal tags were removed years ago for a front baffle mounting arrangement, but the terminals can be soldered to perfectly easily. The tweeters work just fine and sound very good indeed. Boxes are marked T2333.
I'm open to sensible offers.

These look like the ones as used in Spendors and similar - the bigger magnet than some Celestion alternatives and the mounting flange set well back to allow mounting from the back..
Hello There,
are these tweeters still available?

16 ohm ones long gone I'm afraid. I still have a mint pair of 4 to 8 ohm rated ones left, I believe they are around 5 ohms DC coil resistance.
I guess that these are the used in my DM1 judging by the size of the magnet and rear mounting.
No HD1000 lying around for instance?

I wonder why so many people have duff 'HD1000's! Maybe they pull the small wires on the front..
From what I've gathered it' always the same old problem, the connector tabs on the back: they get loose/detached from the wire coming from the voice coil. That wire is buried so underneath and so thin that makes almost impossible to make contact between both again.
