As you suggested, it's that 'synergy' thing again.

Basically some components are destined to never be part of each other's chain and the Tannoys did not exactly sound happy on the end of your Exposure amplifier.

At least we weren't trying Naim amplifiers through Lowther speakers (God, I suppose somebody must have somewhere at some time).

If your Exposure and Royd combination work for you, that's all that matters at the end of the day.

(wait until you get the PMA-350 SE and try it with the Pageant IIs, it'll be good. Nice back-up system)
