Lenco Bearing availability

The usual Lenco place is way to daunting for me to be trawling through.. Does anyone know of a remanufactured bearing available but must have a full circular mounting collar & not one with the vee machine out as per original?

I have the original Spindle yes.. I was kinda hoping for one with an extended spindle to save me adding a spindle extension but a standard size will do.
