Hi Everyone,

Might be a little surprising to some and it is to me too but for sale is my SL1210mk2 (Previously Gromit's). I've barely owned this TT but I've had an offer on another piece of kit I've been after for a very long time and need to raise funds. As I'm just starting out with vinyl I don't own many LP's so the TT is unfortunately top of the list of things that can free up some cash!

So for sale is-
- Technics SL1210mk2 in as new condition inc. lid.
- Original Technics Arm
- Original Technics mat
- Sumiko headshell
- Denon DL-110 cart (Less than 20 hours use)
- Sound Hifi TimeStep PSU

You can be spinning records immediately as it's all setup and ready to go and have masses or upgrade potential - mat's/feet/arms etc but you already have the fantastic TimeStep!

I realise I'm new here but Gromit I'm sure will vouch for me and answer any questions relating to the deck before he sold it to me (Thanks Richard:))

The cart is still burning in and sounding better with every LP!

Collection is very welcome from my place in Clapham SW. London or I can drive to meet up. I have the unit's original box but I'm paranoid about things getting damaged in transit / courier depot's so would rather not post unless there's no alternative.

Asking price for the lot is £500.

Thanks for that, I'm still thoroughly enjoying the Technics and don't really mind the sale taking a bit longer;)

The piece of kit I'm currently lusting after is another one from the Avondale Audio stable. Most of my system is Avondale based but there are a few more pieces of the puzzle I haven't managed to aquire yet (Yet he says:))

Anyone reading this curious to see what all the 1210 fuss is about - feel free to make me an offer!

Incidentally the thread title should read SL1210mk2 not SL1220...:mental:
