I thought that this would be of more interest here than on the ebay thread.

This Canadian broadcast TT is a real brute - looks like a reasonable price for someone looking for something rare and different - tempted? The auction includes a Rek-O-Kut S260 Micropoise Tonearm. It has a 16" platter and uses an Ashland Motor D80KBU-1.

Nice, Jon, but the danger of buying these things is whether, once one actually uses them, they're in genuine working order - and for how long! ;)

Why i would opt for a Russco/QRK if i was going down that route. Spares.
