I am very surprised that there isn't a sub-forum for tube users.:eyebrows:

Did we ever need one at all...?
Do we really need another sub forum.?
What say we all vote on a sub forum whether we'd like another sub forum. We could even have another sub-sub forum for the purpose :uhho: ;-)
I would like a tube forum. Have bookmarked directly to some of those at other forums.

Could I have my own sub-forum just on my system? That would be the best sub-forum. I could tell myself how good it is and ask myself questions and stuff.

What is needed is a Croft sub-forum, so all the Glenn-boys can hang out together.

+1 :)
And no, there will be no bloody tube sub-forum, or any other fooking sub-forum, for that matter!
Marco.

you do realise that means that the secretly proposed "Marco sub forum: "tolerance of sub forums" sub forum is now just a pipe dream?
We should have a Sub forum, we could call it Depth Charged or Torpedo's Away :D
Aye, there'll be fooking rocket getting fired up your arse, in a minute!!
Marco.
Eye-watering stuff, might cure me piles

All components are equal but some components are more equal than others

Mmmmmmm, some tetchy little tinkers out there isn't there? my remark was a mere statement, not a request for a sub forum. I mean it's silly isn't it? The next thing you know people will want one for their favourite turntable won't they? I mean, a good turntable is a good turntable innit?:ner:
I suppose symphoniums are out of the question too :(

Lol... The difference is, splitting up the Analogue Art section into sub-forums was warranted, as it's one of the busiest areas of the site, and so it was necessary to allow those who don't want to read about the Techy to avoid those threads.
Also, 'Idle Vice' seems to be coming along nicely, and of course our elastic-band T/T fans have the rest of Analogue Art to themselves, which is now the biggest 'sub-forum' of them all!! ;)

Anyhow, i am surprised there isn't a sub forum for tube users!
There'll be a sub-forum for you, in a minute, where you're locked up and the key is thrown away! ;)
Marco.
As long as the room is at least 12' by 12' and I can take my system, music collection, an endless supply of beer and good food plus a comfy chair with me then I'd be up for that Marco :D

Ah, now I understand the purpose of the Techiepedia sub forum :door:

Or a Valve forum. :)
Or a Valve forum. :)
How about a valve sub-fourm ("Tube" sub forum is a more parochial sub forum for valve lovers across the pond). Does that mean we then need two valve sub-forums?
Could need 6 actually....valve sub forums of push-pull, SE and Class A plus "toob" sub forums for the same. They could all come under one main forum entitled Universal Valve forum (a non-universal forum would require its own sub forum)

Better make that a comfy commode...
Even the Rugby fellas discuss this important subject:

They have quite a lot subforums though:

Bloody hell, is this bush fire of a post still burning?

If Marco is supplying the room it is bound to have en suite facilities... :D
How about a transgender/transvestite sub forum.
We men could all dress up in our wives cloths and have our picture taken holding up our favorite tubes or valves Jostein .
This would put AOS on the cyber map,it may even inspire a calendar or a What HIFI centerfold " Marco in the latest string-less thong",
This could put HiFi back on the main stream.
I'm sure Marco would have some ideas on this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yv8gPkAodgQ
We could even dress as our favorite female vocalist Dibbs on Ella Fitzgerald.
THIS ONE NOT SAFE FOR WORK http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KhPs-qaCj8

Great idea! :) I will hold up my 211's in my favorite clothes (when my girlfriend is not at home). I'd guess this sub forum would rival the Techie one for the large number of posts. :)

Where is this sub forum everyone keeps banging on about?
I'd quite like to discuss RELs, BKs and the B&W PV1.
