I listen between 1800 and 2200 weeknights. Occasionally at weekends in the day. When I have music on I am listening to it, I don't do anything else. Listening hours are constrained by neighbours, they are cool and have never complained but I don't want to take the piss. If I have people round I will put some music on at background level.

I work away from home. If I'm lucky, I'll get a few hours on a Friday (If I'm not working the weekend) to put some choons on, and settle down with a few beers. Does make me appreciate what I have all the more.

Not getting the chance to listen all the time, I'm always gobsmacked all over again by how good my system sounds, when I eventually get the chance to listen!

Sadly the chances are getting further apart.

My listening habits are pretty similar to Martin, usually start just a bit earlier and finish a bit earlier for the same reasons
Weekends are often whole day.
What great is having a system that sounds so involving but can play for 6 to 8 hours without a hint of fatique

I do not know how some people listern to their systems for more than five mins, i've heard some really horrible ones..I could listern to mine for ever none stop..
