Completely blind but at a very much more than fair price, with much respect to the seller. So, what will it do over my 25R ?

To be honest I'm just really excited and wanted to post here ! As my youngest might say, yaaaay, wooo !

I know the volume knob thing on Croft gear is an issue for some. I thought it might be for me when I bought a 25 but it proved not to be the case. Now I pity all those poor souls with only one ;-). Just inadequate.

Before forum words are exchanged, this is indeed a stab at humour !

Why not have a pair of long knobs made with a groove machined in them so you can link them together with a stiff belt (turn one knob you turn both).. I'm lucky my amp has a dual concentric controls...

For the intrested the dual concentric volume control does away with the need for a Balance control, the tone controls are also dual concentric :eyebrows:

Ah was that the one on Wigwam. Damnit I saw that too late! Most envious. Very interested to know what you think of it. Of course if its not your cup of tea, do let me know.

Noe I've used the word astonishing for the 25R, what is the RS ? Well it's more astonishing. Jaw droppingly good. Don't do reviews so a few words, detail, timbre, finesse, yes finesse. Soundstage and imaging as I've never heard in my room/system. Music, there. Perfect. Just perfect.

What me ? :-). One thing I would say is that I could never afford one of these new and the price I bought it at puts me as a very lucky boy indeed. If I had paid RRP I would not be unhappy. Not even put my fancy valves in yet !
