Rock turntable

I bought the turntable form an audio repair shop that was closing down.
thinking it would make a good project but i just never found the time to start it due to work commmitments. Their is no platter, trough or paddle for the arm the motor runs when switched on there is a few light straches on it which i think could be polished out i am only asking what i paid for it £40
hopefully some one could give this turntable a home for christmas.
