Gear: All sorts of randomly acquired stuff, nothing that could be dignified as being a "System". As I type, listening to Beethoven String Quartet playing from a mac-mini through a Bushmaster into a Bel Canto amp and onto Spendor SA1s.
Tastes, mostly Classical and Opera...

Always good to welcome another classical lover to the forum. We don't have too many opera lovers here. I struggle with opera myself - perhaps your future posts might help me 'get into' the genre.

Which of the Beethoven String Quartets are you listening to? I have the complete set as a 10 disc vinyl boxed set, performed by the Hungarian String Quartet, EMI SLS 58701. 1966.
