Hi there- I'm a long term music lover from New Brunswick, Canada....and have loved audio gear since I was a young kid. Partial listing of my gear:
- Mission 776/777 amp preamp combo - circa 1982, in my possession since 1988 and still working great, driving Rega 3V speakers and Rega Planar 3 'table with Rega Elys cart
- Tangent Amp 100 with Logitech Squeezebox touch driving Sonab c12 speakers
- Vintage gear not currently being used - NAD 7020 receiver, Sansui AU-5500 and AU-505 amps, Pioneer Sansui 3700A speakers (two pairs, from an old quad setup a guy sold in pieces - just missed getting his Akai Reel to Reel), a pair of Realistic Mach 1 speakers and a pair of Energy ESM-1s, both need re-foams, Sony SA and TA 2650 Amp and Tuner, Pioneer SX-780 receiver and Pioneer SA-7500ii amp and matching tuner......
- A couple of Yamaha receivers, don't know the model numbers, one is running a pair of old Boston Acoustics A-100 speakers in the basement and the other runs Zone 2 in my kitchen (still waiting to choose a 5.1 speaker kit
to hook up to inwall wiring in our home theatre room).
I like basically all types of music (expect hardcore opera and fake country) but particularly enjoy classic rock and alt-country.....
Phew...
