Just found this if anyone is interested...
Now owned by Andrew (REXTON) I took a pic of the internals of my old STA25. Just found it on my camera.

Nice, but I still spy nasty ol' PCBs... This is what the internals of a valve amp should look like:

I guess it was when the fusion of old and new tech was selling.
Sounds superb even so.
Love the internals of the Copper though. Work of art is that!... Blimey!

lol.. Really!? - Cool, I would have thought you would have done the same as me as my mission when I get a new bit of kit is to see what's inside... Same with cars, just one of those blokey things!

Shame about those nasty electrolytic capacitors even if they are bypassed with poly caps:(
