One thing I will say at the risk of starting another fire-storm, is that speed does *appear* to be a major contributory factor in these examples.

That, and attempting to make 90 degree turns across 4 lanes of fast moving traffic without even bothering to indicate...

Lack of even rudimentary brakes also seems to be an issue.

They appear to suffer from a complete lack of training and instruction:

- No observation whatsoever, not even a glance
- No ability to control their vehicle

It's pretty mind boggling that they're allowed on the roads, frankly.
