Now that I have my 1210 back and a 301 lurking in the listening room its time to say goodbye to the Alphason. I've had this about 3 months and have been very impressed. I have recently replaced the belt so there is no need to worry about that. The deck will accept a wide range of arms but seems to work very well with Rega, I had a Technoarm partnered with the deck which produced some very good results. It produces a wide, solid soundstage, rock solid bass and is extremely detailed. The deck benefits from a shielded external PSU. Cosmetically the deck is in excellent condition with no scratches or dents. The technoarm and cart ARE NOT included ;) The deck is sprung suspension and is an absolute doddle to setup, you will not have any of the black magic needed to set this up which is usually needed for your Linn LP12. I'm looking for £175 which incluldes postage and package.
