The headshell has a small scuff from where the original cartridge was mounted. The cartridge was mounted once and left in place on a brand new 1210 mkV. You can always send it back and I can give you a refund if your not happy.

No point in sending it back as it will cost postage , parking meter charge and time queuing in the post office :rolleyes:

Maybe better to have advertised this as :-

and show images of the actual item for sale not a image showing a new headshell picked off the internet

I have to admit, I'd be a little pissed off having seen the photo's and reading the item described as new.

I think its only fair to expect an accurate description. I'm not saying the price isn't fair but setting someone's expectations correctly has to mandatory when selling in this arena.

New means New
Used with scuffs on the top visible with a cartridge fitted and tarnished connectors is most definitely not new.

sorry, but bargain or not, I think its fair to expect an accurate description within this community.
