Hello to all, I wanted to share my system with you, so I'll start here in the welcome area.:) I have two Oris horn systems side by side. Oris 150 horns using Lowther PM4A drivers with AER cones. Also Oris 200 horns with AER
MD3 drivers. For bass duties I use KCS bass horns which stand 7 feet tall and have a folded 16 foot horn using 2 Eminence 18" drivers per side. They have the speed to keep up with the Lowther drivers. I have custom subs using Eminence 15" drivers for the low bass. A Cary SLP98P preamp and Cary
CAD45SE monoblocks which use a Sophia Meshplate 45 output tube and deliver a whopping 2.5 WPC. I use a Crown amp and a Behringer crossover for the Bass horns and a passive crossover and Bryston amp for the subs.
I mainly listen to Jazz. Swing is what I really like especially with female vocals which is where the Oris horns really shine. Jazz piano is also a favorite. Ocasionally I listen to bluegrass and even some techno. This is a very dynamic system with a huge wall of sound with viscerial impact. I listen at comfortable levels 90-95 db at the loudest. These Oris horns bring the musicians into your home with a very 3D and silky smooth presentation.:)

The active end of my mancave ,just as well it is at the bottom of the garden beyond the chickens.Just visible are Oris 150 horns, Smith 2397 horns ,Westlake clones and various bits of barely used exercise equipment.

Hello all, I need some help. I tried posting pictures back on 11-16-2012. I remember why I didn't post pictures of my system. The upload failed because my file size was 4.40 mb. Smithy you have a nice size picture posted. Mine looked about that size. How can I crop the picture to make it fit? The guideline says 19.5 kb is the biggest. I've posted pictures on other forums no problem. Any help appreciated. Blgtrio

Thanks to Smithy and Audio Al for your assistance. The Photobucket seems to work fine. http://i1289.photobucket.com/albums/b506/blgtrio/DSC_0792_zps0822f04d.jpg.Anyone please feel free to make comments or ask questions. Audio Al I tried copying 4 photos and when I went to paste them only one photo was pictured. Is it just one photo per post?

I have actually sold the BD-Design bass cabinets with the Big Black Oris 150 horns in front. The KCS basshorns are all I use now. I'm 5'10" tall I just wanted to show the scale of the basshorns.http://i1289.photobucket.com/albums/b506/blgtrio/DSC_0776_zpsf38f0203.jpghttp://i1289.photobucket.com/albums/b506/blgtrio/DSC_0785_zps9b858761.jpg Also pictured is the CaryCAD45 SE amplfier using The Sophia 2.5 watt output tube.

Hi

You can do multiple images on a post

But you must copy and paste each one on a separate line

Eg

abcdefegijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
.
.
abcdefegijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

I separate each image with 2 fullstops :)
