The black curse is made using UP-OFC coated with high purity silver and insulated with a double shield of FPE. Terminated with vermouth audio's own gold plated RCA plugs and finished with black protective braiding, 1 metre long as standard.

I am on the hunt for a new set of i/c's and David has very kindly sent me some of these Vermouth Audio wires to play with.

I concur with the Hifi Pig review of the Black Curse plus I must also say it feels like a very well built cable too for the price and oozes quality that few other budget priced cables can match.

However, the Red Velvet cable does raise the bar considerably in sonic ability for not much more money in real terms and the performance increase certainly warrants the additional outlay in my humble opinion.
