Can anyone with vast knowledgment help my please with thanks Callum
Hi Callum and welcome :)
You're going to get loads of suggestions, but I have used the HD600's with a Rega EAR of yore with excellent results. the current issue looks a lot better and should be at least as good I hope. A pal who's recently bought a current spec one, is very pleased indeed.

Callum,
There were a couple of replies to your question on your Welcome thread (http://theartofsound.net/forum/showthread.php?t=21567), you may have seen them, but I'll copy the text of them for completeness.

I am very happy with this:

I use it with Hifiman HE400 headphones-sublime.

Me too, but I use mine with a re-silver-cabled (by the above amp maker) Senn HD280.
I don't use itunes so I'm not sure how it deals with audio, but ripping to lossless doesn't always guarantee lossless when playing. So it might be worth looking in to getting bit perfect output if you haven't already.
I'm very happy with my NJC Audio Monitor 2, certainly one to look at. A lot is gonna depend on your budget.
Callum I run my HD650's with a Matrix M-Stage headphone amplifier, which I am very pleased with. Its a Lehmann Audio Black Cube clone which I have trialled against it and cannot detect any audible difference - but the price is vastly different ;)
The build quality is not in the same ballpark as the Lehmann, but as an affordable amp to match your HD600's I think you would be impressed. Its also very highly regarded on Head-Fi http://www.head-fi.org/t/475618/matrix-m-stage-amp-review-simple-cheap-and-excellent
They can be found on eBay for 165.00 Matrix m-stage Headphone Amp (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Matrix-m-stage-Headphone-Amp-/350332764004?pt=UK_AudioTVElectronics_HomeAudioHiF i_Amplifiers&hash=item519175bf64). I got mine from a UK supplier (AmpCity) who have unfortunately ceased trading so I cannot recommend anyone, but I am sure there are other dealers around if you don't fancy eBay. One thing you should take into account if buying from eBay, is that you may have to pay import charges as they are shipped from China?

And a warm welcome to AoS from me too ;)

I used to have a Lehmann Audio Black Cube with a HD600 so Tim above post is very high praise indeed, also worth upgrading the earphone cables when you can
