I hope this complies with the rules; if not, apologies. I believe I am following Filterlab's guidance:

Please only advertise hi-fi and related paraphernalia; i.e. consumer electronics.

---------
All these items are 'make me an offer'. Apart from the DSLR, everything is collection only as postage/insurance would be too high. Payment - cash, bank transfer, Paypal gift only. Please PM me if you have any questions, or to make an offer.

Well, let's start with the audio side of things... I'm having a clear out, and have a couple of bits that may be of interest to someone, perhaps for a system out in the shed. The audio bits will probably make you laugh... :(

First up: Rotel RA-920AX integrated amp. It's a very modest affair, but served my old dad well, and was great with my video editing PC. I don't know much about it, though I believe the power is either 20 or 25W. It's in pretty good condition considering it's age.

Next, JPW Mini Monitors with matched passive subwoofer. Again, these are in very good condition. The photo shows that the grill of one speaker has a little paint on it, and there is a small tear (not visible). One speaker terminal does not screw properly, but this won't matter unless you are screwing cable directly into the terminal. Note, these are not the 'gold' mini monitors - the terminals are standard. Great sound from such small speakers, and the sub adds a little extra oomph.

Third, the motherboard from my old self-built video editing machine. This includes the CPU (core 2 duo), 8GB RAM, and Asus cpu fan. I can't recall all the details off the top of my head, but I'll fish out the manual for the motherboard - it's a Gigabyte. RAM is DDR2. Sorry there is no box for the motherboard. What I can recall is that it support SATA II, PATA, Floppy disk, PCI and PCI Express. MacOS will run happily on this board (if you know how :eyebrows:). I'll also throw in a 512MB nVidia gpu to get you going.

Finally, my trusty DSLR, a Sony A230. This is a great camera for beginners to the world of digital SLRs. It takes good, clear images on an SD card (or Sony Memory Sticks [?]). Note, it is a 10MP model with no live view, and no video function. Boxed with all original accessories plus 3 additional batteries. Screen has always been protected (and that's what appears to be an imperfection in the photo.) Postage/insurance will be at cost, and will depend on the selling price.

All good Lenny. If it was within your first ten posts then it would ruffle feathers in the admin camp, but you're a regular contributor. :)

Hi Lenny - great wee speakers those JPW's, we have a pair hooked up to our Denon mini system in the family room at home. You may find they are the Golds that you're selling as they certainly are sporting the 'Gold' dome tweeter and the JPW badges on yours are gold. They're just silver on ours and they have the plastic Audax tweeter.

I may be interested in the sub if you were thinking of splitting the package at all? I'm being a bit thick here though, but how does the passive sub hook up to the amp?

Thanks.

Hi chaps,

I've been too busy to post over the last couple of days... I though the gold monitors had gold terminals. The ones on these are definitely silver, so I'm wondering if at some point I swapped them out?

Or maybe the always were silver...

There has been no interest in the speakers, so I would be happy to split the bundle. Just PM me to discuss.

Oh, and I'm glad I've not been chastised for the post. I do try to follow the rules :ner:

The motherboard is now split:

8GB DDR2 RAM (PC6400, 4 x 2GB OCZ matched pairs)
Core2Duo Processor (once the fan is removed, I'll add the exact model)
Asus 'Jet Engine' Style CPU fan
SOLD Gigabyte GA-965-DS3 (rev 3.3) mother board

Make me offers!

Hi, out of curiosity - how much are you willing to accept for the jpw's? Thanks.

Hi, out of curiosity - how much are you willing to accept for the jpw's? Thanks.

I am open to offers. I have no idea of their worth.

However, speakers are heavy and expensive to ship, so it would have to be pick up only or meet part way (within reason).

Hi,
You must have some idea what you want for the camera kit - if you're not wanting a mint for it I might be interested.
Dave.

I could arrange local pickup with P2G, they usually go really cheap on evil bay (1 pair ending in 30m) but would like to have a value from you tbh. Cheers

No interest on this?

Sorry, chaps. I've been so busy at work, hopping to and from the hospital, and I'm thoroughly exhausted. I think there's more ailing me than just kidney stones...

Dave and Legends check you PMs!
