Unfortunately the tasteless idiots who bought the American Songbook albums have just given him more encouragement. This is a surprise as I read elsewhere he is working on original material for the first time in 17 years. Frankly his voice can't handle this material anyway and is just still passable on rock. Should have joined the Faces reunion if he had any integrity left.

Always having a great time
sometimes (always ?) with a drink or three in them and just grooving.
The gigs they did for John Peel or was it BBC with him compaering are great if you can find them

I dunno, the olde rockers seem to be getting drawn in to their comfort zones even more just for the hell of it. I wouldn't be surprised if he appears on the BBC's Strictly Come Prancing (and lose your self respect) show.

I suppose if he does anything with Michael (tone corrected) Buble that would spark a civil war.
