Hi Guys
First of all many thanks for allowing me to join this forum
My name is David and I am a life long music lover whose passion has led me into the world of hi fi. My system currently consists of an SME 20/3A for vinyl and Meridian GO8.2 for CD. Power is supplied by Meridian GO2 control until and Meridian G57 power amplifier driving Tannoy Westminster Royal HE loudspeakers. I have a keen interest in getting the best from systems.
I am a very keen collector of records with truly eclectic tastes which range from classical and jazz to popular music. I have a particular interest in early stereo recordings and I like the unusual. After I had bought a 1958 Decca of the Sidney Lipton Orchestra playing strict time dance music, and a dealer commented that I was probably the only person in Northampton who would have bought it. (which I was pleased about!)
I am really looking forward to contributing to the discussions in the group and getting to know some people here.
