When I looked at Mark Grant's web page I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was selling Oyaide FTVS510 interconnects. More to the point is that they are sold as Analogue Stereo Interconnects.

You can see they are terminated with WBT plugs. The interesting thing is Oyaide sell FTVS cable in bulk or as a digital interconnect. This can be seen at Oyaide's website http://www.oyaide.com/ENGLISH/index.html

These pics show the DR510 terminated cable and the FTVS unterminated cable. But Oyaide also sell a similar analogue interconnect. It is the Oyaide AZ910 and it has FTVS910 cable inside.

The RCA termination in the AZ910 is different from the termination in the DR510.

The next consideration is the price. The AZ910 costs about 4 times as much as the DR510. Actually this is really only twice as much because with the AZ910 you get a pair. You can see from the images that the internal architecture is virtually the same. The AZ 910 has twice as much silver and is therefore understandably more expensive.

What I am considering doing is purchasing 2 of the DR510 digital cables and a la Mark Grant using them as analogue interconnects. There is a difference and that is the WBT terminations.

I have two questions. The first is whether it is advisable to use the FTVS510 cable as an analogue interconnect? I suppose it must be because if it is good enough for Mark Grant it is good enough for me. The second question is whether it is ok to use precisely the DR510 digital cables as analogue interconnects? Apparently they are terminated to give the a 75 Ohm resistance. Does that make a difference for an analogue cable?

The reason I am keen is that I already have both the AZ910 and DR510. They are the best cables I own. The AZ910 is at least the equivalent of Audioquest Sky and it looks a lot better. I need a new set of longer interconnects because I have rearranged my furniture and I am hoping I can use a pair of DR510s rather than AZ910 because of the cost.

The cable and termination will be 75 ohm impedance, not resistance. This is only valid at higher frequencies, hence being targeted as digital interconnects for high bit rate transfers, i.e. much higher frequency than audio.
This won't make a scrap of difference at audio frequencies,

I have tried Mark Grants Oyaide FTVS-510 pure silver stereo cable fitted with WBT 0110 Ag
I must admit they are extremely good cables! I compared them with Mark Grant G1500HD with - Neutrik connectors. Mark grants copper cable is superb and I have used it for some time. The Silver cables opened up the sound quite dramatically whilst keeping excellent tonal and balance. I found the Silver interconnects to let me into the music.
I then compared the Oyaide FTVS-510 with a pair of Super Sound Pipes from NVA. I preferred the SSP's and they were very holographic and just had the edge but the difference was not a big one but it was there to hear, but of course it is all down to personal preferences .

What Alan said, they'll make good audio cables :)
