Hi, sorry I'm late to this. Yes, I've seen it and I can't do anything about it as I gave him reluctant permission some time ago to use it in his marketing. However, I didn't expect to see it used quite so blatantly that way in his ebay listings.

As long as it's reproduced word for word, I'll leave it be.

The funniest thing about this is that Cawley goes on about how AoS and its members are totally unimportant to his business, and yet he blatantly uses the words of one of its key members to promote his wares on eBay!

Ironic? Never! :eyebrows:

However, if Martin's cool about it, I don't really give a toss; in fact anything that ultimately helps Arthur sell more platters, and that promotes and keeps the modifying of Technics turntables in the public domain, has to be a good thing :cool:

Cool - that would be up to Martin. Personally, I think it should stay, as the thread reports factual information of interest to some people.
